Shipping & Delivery Policy
Light ON provides digital web development services. There is no physical shipping of goods. This policy describes how we deliver our services to customers who order through https://lighton.org.in.
1. Type of delivery
All deliverables are provided electronically, including but not limited to:
- Website files, themes, or access to hosted environments
- Design files, documentation, and login credentials (where applicable)
- SEO reports, configuration, and maintenance updates
- Training or handover via email, video call, or written instructions
2. Estimated timelines
Delivery timelines depend on the service package selected:
- Starter Landing Page — approximately 5 business days after receiving all required content
- Business Website (5 pages) — approximately 10 business days
- E-commerce Starter — approximately 15 business days
- SEO Starter / Maintenance — as described in the package (typically 3–7 business days to commence)
- Custom projects — timeline agreed in writing before work begins
Timelines begin after payment confirmation and receipt of necessary materials (logo, text, images, domain/hosting access if required).
3. Delivery method
We deliver services by:
- Deploying the website to your hosting or our recommended hosting
- Sharing staging/preview links for your approval
- Emailing final files, credentials, or documentation
- Online meetings for handover when requested
4. Customer cooperation
Delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals may extend delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (domain registrars, hosting providers, payment processors).
5. Acceptance of delivery
When we notify you that the project is ready for review, please test and report issues within 7 days. If no critical issues are reported within this period, the delivery may be considered accepted. Revisions are as per your package terms.
6. No physical shipping
We do not ship physical products. No shipping charges apply to our standard online packages. Any third-party hosting, domain, or hardware costs are separate and will be communicated in advance if applicable.
7. Service availability
We deliver services to customers across India and internationally where technically feasible. Support hours and response times are during Indian business hours (IST), Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays unless otherwise stated.
