These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://lighton.org.in and the purchase of web development and related digital services from Light ON ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Light ON provides professional web development, website design, SEO, e-commerce, and maintenance services. We are based in Ranaghat, West Bengal, India (UDYAM-WB-15-0091291, ISO 9001:2015 certified where applicable).

2. Services

We offer packaged and custom web development services as described on our website and customer portal. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined by the selected service package or a written quotation agreed before work begins.

3. Orders and payments

  1. Orders may be placed through our online customer portal at https://lighton.org.in/customer/ after signing in with Google, or by contacting us directly.
  2. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full card, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials on our servers.
  3. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes (including GST, if applicable) will be shown on your invoice or order confirmation as per Indian law.
  4. An order is confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid packages) or written acceptance of a quotation (for custom projects).

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact details, timely feedback, content (text, images, logos), and approvals required to complete the project. Delays caused by missing inputs may extend delivery timelines without liability on our part.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the delivered website/design for your business as agreed. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, or stock assets remain subject to their respective licences.

6. Revisions and support

Revision limits and support periods are as specified in each service package. Additional revisions or support beyond the package may be charged separately at our prevailing rates.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or issues caused by third-party hosting, domains, payment gateways, or services outside our control.

8. Termination

We may suspend or cancel services for non-payment, abuse, illegal use, or breach of these Terms. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nadia, West Bengal, India.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
